As part of the Drillers on-going commitment to player development we have a number of Player Development Coaches (PDC). These coaches assist Head/Assistant coaches in further developing young players technical abilities and tactical awareness while also assisting with game analysis and seasonal training plans. PDCs run one training session per week with each team.
