Grassroots - U4 to U8
Are you interested in helping build the future of our club, with opportunities to learn about coaching and giving back to the next generation? Then this is the spot for you!
The club is continually looking for interested boys, girls, men, and women to join our Grassroots Program as coaches, either once or twice a week during the season. Drillers provides coaching mentorship from our certified coaches, access to coaching courses and education for all those interested, along with Drillers apparel!
This is a great way to become involved in coaching and giving back to the sport in a fun, no-pressure environment, plus you get to interact with a great age group of soccer players!

Youth - U9 to U19
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the next step of our Developmental player pathway with the young up-and-coming Drillers generation!
Coaching commitments vary per age group and in-season/off-season, but average 3 times per week.
The Drillers club supports all of our coaches with the following:
-Season-round support and mentorship from our Technical Lead Coaches and Technical Director (includes weekly/monthly assistance and feedback with training sessions, gameplay and coaching delivery)
-Coaching professional development opportunities (coaching certification, courses support)
-Financial honorariums (per season)
-Board support for facility schedules and team management
-Other coaching opportunities within the club and special events
